We come to you to photograph your car, bike or special vehicle.
How it Works
We take our photographs at night, or in controlled indoor environments which reduces the negative effects of shooting in daylight. This allows us to perfectly capture every element of the vehicle. We come to you, and either shoot your vehicle at your house or storage facility, or drive together to a spot close to you.
Through the use of specialist lighting techniques and high-end photography equipment, we are able to produce images typically only found in specialist studios. This means that we can take commercial quality images, for 1/20th the cost of typical automotive photography studio hire. We edit all of our images after the shoot, delivering your images quickly and to a level expected by even the largest automotive manufacturers.
What do I need?
A clean vehicle and and then we find an appropriate space to shoot in together, usually an open carpark or other flat, dark area. Typically, to shoot a car, it is recommended to work in at least a tennis court space worth of size, motorbikes can be photographed in driveways or similar area. Don’t worry, we don’t need a pretty backdrop, just plenty of space away from streetlights… and we know lots of great spaces.
What do I get?
We deliver a set of digital files, typically 3-4 feature shots of the overall vehicle, and 8-25 detail shots of significant features. All images are at the highest possible resolution for today’s camera technology (either shot on medium format or high resolution DSLR cameras).
We deliver digital files you can download and print as you want, or additionally you can have us print any number of the images with our specialist printers up to billboard size.
How long does it take?
Typically a bike is about 1.5 hours to photograph, and a car can take up to 3 hours total on site. We then usually edit your photographs offsite for approximately 4-5 hours to ensure they are at their best.
Upon consultation before the shoot, we can edit all vehicles against any colour backdrop for different presentation styles or shoot against coloured backdrops for client branding.
